🔸 For Clients


Q1: How do I request a service?

Visit www.mobileinternetcafe.co.za, select the service you need, and follow the steps. 


Q2: How do I send documents for printing?

Send them via WhatsApp or email to the nearest printing station after connecting through the platform.


Q3: Do I need to pay in advance?

No. We offer a Pay-on-Delivery option for verified clients.


Q4: Can someone help me type my CV or fill in a form?

Yes! Our Tech Smarts can help you with CV typing, job applications, cover letters, and more.


Q5: What if I don’t have data to connect?

You can connect to a nearby WiFi Host at a low cost. Check the app for availability near you.


🔹 For Printing Station Owners


Q1: Do I need a big setup to join as a station?

No. If you have a basic home printer and can receive jobs via WhatsApp or email, you're good to go.


Q2: How do I receive documents?

Clients send them directly to your WhatsApp or email through the platform.


Q3: Do I deliver the prints too?

You can choose to deliver them yourself or request a local messenger through the platform.


🔹 For Tech Smarts


Q1: What kind of services do Tech Smarts provide?

Typing CVs, bursary/job applications, formatting documents, research assistance, and more.


Q2: Do I need a laptop?

A smartphone with basic apps and internet access is enough for most tasks.


Q3: How do I get paid?

Clients pay into Mobile Internet Cafe; we release the money after job approval (minus 15% commission).


🔹 For Messengers


Q1: Do I need a vehicle to be a messenger?

No. Most deliveries are walkable or done via public transport.


Q2: How do I get delivery jobs?

We notify you via WhatsApp when there’s a job in your area. You can accept or decline.


Q3: When do I get paid?

You get paid upon completing the delivery — either directly from the client or through the platform, depending on the arrangement.


🔹 For WiFi Hosts


Q1: How does WiFi hosting work?

You share your internet with local messengers or users and charge them an access fee.


Q2: How much can I charge?

It’s up to you, but we recommend keeping it affordable (R2–R20/hour or per session).


Q3: Do I need to send any money to Mobile Internet Cafe?

No. You keep 100% of the WiFi access fee you collect.
