By accessing or using the Mobile Internet Cafe platform (via website, WhatsApp, Glide app, or any other method), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

🔹 1. Definitions


“We”, “our”, “Mobile Internet Cafe” refers to the platform operator.


“You”, “user” refers to any person using our services, either as a client or a service provider.


“Service Providers” refers to Tech Smarts, Messengers, WiFi Hosts, and Printing Stations.

🔹 2. Platform Overview


Mobile Internet Cafe is a crowdsourced digital service platform that connects individuals and businesses with local service providers for printing, CV assistance, document delivery, tech support, and affordable WiFi access.

🔹 3. Commission & Earnings


Mobile Internet Cafe charges a 15% commission on each completed transaction (applies to Tech Smarts and Printing Stations).


Messengers and WiFi Hosts keep 100% of their earnings unless otherwise stated.


Promoters earn referral commissions only on verified new users for a limited number of transactions.

🔹 4. Fair Use & Honesty


Users may not create multiple accounts to manipulate referrals or commissions.


Fraudulent activity, including fake jobs or double registrations, will lead to disqualification or removal.


All service providers must deliver honest, timely, and respectful service.

🔹 5. Liability Disclaimer


We are a connector platform; we do not guarantee the quality, speed, or results of the services performed by service providers.


While we verify service providers where possible, users are encouraged to verify details and communicate clearly.

🔹 6. Payments & Refunds


Pay-on-delivery is available for approved clients.


Refunds for unsatisfactory services are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Disputes should be reported within 48 hours of the service being rendered.

🔹 7. Data & Privacy


By using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy and the way we collect, use, and store your personal information (e.g., WhatsApp number, area, and service details).

🔹 8. Content Ownership


All intellectual property, branding, and platform tools remain the sole property of Mobile Internet Cafe. You may not reproduce or misuse any part of our system or content without written permission.
